Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at orders@saverha.in with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Earrings returned for hygiene reasons can only be accepted if the original seals and packaging remain intact.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@saverha.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.

  3. Ship the items back to the address provided.

  4. Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • The original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Information

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Free shipping is provided on all orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 incur a shipping fee of ₹50.

  • We currently ship only within India.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package's status using this number.

We primarily use reliable courier services including:

  • Delhivery

  • India Post

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

  • Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.

  • If the package remains undeliverable, we will process a refund minus the shipping costs.
